Much of my time is spent in a coffee shop. This is a place of element for me. My thoughts flow, my mind cranks and I find my time worthy here. I am the best version of myself when I am drinking coffee, journaling and have a good shade of lipstick on.

 

I started @_coffeeandthings_ to connect with others. Something that I believe that my generation lacks is conversation. We are too comfortable behind our phones rather being in front of people.  

 

@_coffeeandthings_ started off one summer day when I was bored and came up with the idea but since then it has evolved. It has created amazing opportunities and connections for me and I’m excited to see where else that it grows.

 

I've shared so cups of coffee with so many amazing people or myself and my journal that have gone undocumented. These cups of coffee have been a reason for my growth and evolution. There is so much power in conversation and a cup of coffee.

 

I want to use this platform as a place to capture it all. This Instagram allows me to feature whomever submits to me or someone I find that inspired me from a post/picture/story.  Whoever wants to show me their atmosphere of where they are, a story they have, a picture of a beautiful latte please do. It could be a coke you drink, a muffin you ate - this is not for the coffee junkies this is for everyone. It’s all free game and the ball is in your court.

 

In addition, ‘andthings’, allows me to post whatever else I believe will spark interest or conversation and I’m so excited to have you join me on this journey. Stay up to date on the thoughts I have, outfits I wear, drinks I sip on and conversations I have.
